Meet The Team
David Martin – Director
The Property Advisory was founded by David Martin, a British and Czech national with extensive experience in global real estate.
David has spent over a decade working across international property markets including Croatia, Turkey, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Brazil.
David owns property in the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Spain, and brings a strong understanding of international property investment to each client he supports.
Joe Aguado – Administration Manager
Joe was born and raised in London to Spanish parents, so he speaks both English and Spanish fluently. After working in IT for the construction and real estate industries, he followed his dream and moved with his family to Southern Spain in 2011.
Since then, Joe has used his strong organisational and communication skills to provide excellent service. He manages the day-to-day running of the business, making sure our services stay high quality and that communication between clients and partners is smooth.
Klara Kasparova – Senior Real Estate Agent
Klara was born and raised in Southern Moravia, Czech Republic. She studied hotel and tourism management in Brno and attended the Goethe Institute to learn languages. Klara speaks Czech, English, Spanish, and German fluently.
While traveling through Europe, she discovered Southern Spain and has called it home for the past 15 years. She began her career in the hotel industry as a sales representative and later moved into real estate, focusing on rentals and sales.
Alexandra Parrilla – Senior Real Estate Agent
Born in Rotterdam of Spanish descent, living on the Costa de Sol for over 20 years and with several successful businesses, Alex joins the team and will, among other things, guide the house hunt for our Dutch / Belgian clientele and support us in the services we offer.
With a wealth of experience, she is very much looking forward to helping our customers in the search for their Spanish dream.
Enrique Garcia – Marketing and Design Manager
From the local area, Enrique has been in the design and marketing industry for over 10 years. After spending time away from home building his skillsets in various markets, he brings his knowledge and experience back home to The Property Advisory.
